Katy Perry John Mayer: Christmas Story Backstage Visit

Katy Perry and her boyfriend John Mayer visit with the cast of A Christmas Story: The Musical after a performance on Wednesday (December 12) at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in New York City.

The 28-year-old singer got some good news earlier this week – she is eligible for an Oscar nomination!

Katy‘s song “Wide Awake” was written specifically for her concert film Katy Perry: Part of Me, which makes it eligible in the Best Original Song category at the award show. Check back on January 15 to see if she got nominated!

I think I noticed John's dad in one of these pictures. So maybe they are getting serious if he introduced her to his dad, if introducing someone to your parents still means anything these days. LOL

@: I don't know. With Jennifer Aniston, he seemed to show affection pretty early on. Like I said, all we've seen with Katy is the kiss on the hand and even that was after months of dating. I just wonder what's up with these two.
